What I Ordered: Vegan Semla (soy cream)

Vegan semla is sooooooo good. It's even slightly larger than the regular semla, and here they mix just a touch of coconut (barely noticeable, I only picked up the hinted trace of it when chatting to my Swedish friend who said they used coconut) and soy milk. I didn't know, but usually the most common creams are made from soy and oat milk!

The semla is a bit more pricey here but it's definitely a case of you pay for what you get. It's an insanely popular cafe and we had to wait for a table, but it was well worth it!
