Riz Raz $$ - $$
Riz Raz is a Mediterranean chain restaurant catering to all tastes - vegan, vegetarian and carnists (see Joy, 2010). The vegan food is found in the "Green Buffet", DKK 99. Unfortunately they charge for water - DKK 30 for a bottle (but you can refill this as many times as you want).
The vegan part of the buffet includes:
- Home made bread
- House made falafel
- Three kinds of hummus - regular, beetroot and carrot
- Noodle salad and
- Several kinds of salad - beans, leafy greens, beetroot... <3
Hands down the best part of the buffet is the hummus and bread. You have to try the carrot hummus - it was so good. I think it's the best hummus I've tried - and I've been to Hummus Bar and Mezaya. Definitely a great place to go if you're really hungry and in the mood to gorge yourself!
