Food Review: Kaf, Copenhagen

I love a large shop sign!
Kaf $$ - $$$
Go here for the desserts is what the Google Reviews said, and I back this up 110%. The desserts are simply amazing. Serving generous portions of fully vegan cakes and tarts, this is the place to go for a plant-based sweet treat out. I don't know how they do it!! If I could eat a cake every day and not get fat or diabetes or lose all my money, you bet I would!

The English (Food) Menu:

Cake selection: top left to bottom right; orange chocolate, pistachio, raw caramel, strawberry tart, oreo cheesecake, hazelnut snickers cheesecake, passionfruit cheesecake, raspberry cheesecake

What I Ordered: Passionfruit Vegan Cheesecake (DKK39 = SEK55/slice)
Passionfruit vegan cheesecake atop chocolate and hazelnut base

I think food here is a bit too expensive for me to justify having a meal, but desserts here are fantastic. What I ordered wasn't too heavy, but had just a firmer texture of mousse with a strong yet delicate passionfruit sour flavour to balance out the decadent chocolate and hazelnut base. The base was delicious - I could crunch on real hazelnuts (love hazelnuts!!) and the portion size was about double that of Raw Food House. Definitely worth the trip! 10/10
